Kaito basically grew up in the entertainment world—his dad's a director, his mom's an actress, and his older brother's a musical prodigy who also went to Ayanagi. So yeah, he ended up at Ayanagi too, but he's pretty bitter about it. He hates being constantly compared to his family, especially his brother, and that chip on his shoulder is real.
On the surface he comes across as uptight and serious, maybe even a bit cold. But spend enough time around him and you'll notice he actually cares about the people close to him way more than he lets on. He just takes a while to warm up. His goal is to become an actor, and he rooms with Kuga Shuu.
