Here's the thing: Komoe is literally a fragment of Tomoe, created using Tomoe's own abilities. But what makes her unique is that Makoto's Draupnir—his legendary ring, charged with his mana—was used as her core. Tomoe considers her their child because of this, and Makoto's on the same page, treating her like his daughter. Since she's technically the Young Master's kid, everyone in the demiplane spoils her rotten.
