Chi Li was part of the Bu Liang Ren organization alongside his older brother, the Poison Lord. He's best known as Chi Meng's father—the result of his relationship with Xian Can. At some point, Chi Li and his brother had a serious falling out over their differing views, and the Poison Lord responded by throwing him in prison.
