Rayne is a second-year student at Easton Magic Academy and a Divine Visionary—basically one of the most powerful magic users around. He's Finn's older brother, and when things got messy with the Magia Lupus situation, the school brought him back specifically because they needed someone capable of actually handling it. When he first showed up, he crossed paths with Mash and initially pegged him as a threat before figuring out he'd gotten it wrong. Despite being called in to clean up a mess, Rayne's presence at the academy has become pretty significant given his skill level.
