Dabao's a chicken who pulled Seven out of the water two years back when he washed up on a beach half-dead. Saved his life, basically—but the rescue came with a price tag. Medical bills piled up fast, and now Dabao's stuck footing the entire bill himself.
That's where things get weird. To actually pay off the debt, Dabao's been throwing Seven at every odd job imaginable, each one more questionable than the last. Delivery gigs, manual labor, whatever might bring in cash. But as the bills kept mounting, Dabao eventually stopped bothering with the "safe" work and pushed Seven into assassination instead. It's the kind of desperation move that makes you question whether saving someone's life was worth the financial nightmare that followed.
