Makie shows up at Voyager one day and introduces herself to Minare and Chuuya—she's the sister of the guy responsible for the traffic accident that landed the manager in the hospital. Her brother got hurt too, so she offers to work at the restaurant for free as a way to make up for it. She comes across as pretty sensitive, but don't let that fool you; she's got a direct way of speaking that cuts right through.
