Victor Frankenstein is a Western Youkai who serves under Backbeard in the 2018 anime. He's best known as a member of Backbeard's army, though he doesn't get a ton of screen time in the adaptation. Like most of the forces under Backbeard's command, Victor exists to support the larger conflict rather than anchor his own storyline.
