Seven-Three (OG73-I) is an android member of the Galactic Bandit Brigade. His whole thing is copying powers—he can duplicate basically any ability from another being just by touching the back of their neck, though the copied powers only last about thirty minutes. He's an alien, which makes him pretty distinct among the group's roster.
