Nayuta's a first-year law student who fronts GYROAXIA as lead vocalist. He's the driving force behind the band—partly because of his powerful voice, partly because of the sheer force of his personality. He's sharp-tongued and demanding, with basically zero tolerance for mediocrity. If you can't keep up, he'll drop you without a second thought. Outside of music, he doesn't really care about anything else, and he makes that pretty clear in how he talks to people.
There's one exception: Ren Nanahoshi. Nayuta actually respects him as a fellow vocalist and wants to eventually face him head-on when Ren's at his absolute best.
The reason Nayuta's so driven is rooted in his past. His father was a legendary musician who bailed on him and his mother when Nayuta was a kid. The rejection stung worse because his father wrote him off as worthless—blamed his asthma, said he'd never be a real vocalist. Nayuta hates his father for that. GYROAXIA isn't just his band; it's basically his way of proving him wrong and getting revenge.
