Beiyue Shangchen is a level 9 battle expert from Dark City in the Blue Domain, known for his mastery of dark magic. He's widely considered the strongest elemental fighter in the entire Blue Domain. During the 3 Domains Tournament finals, he paired up with Huoli Ji, a level 8 fighter.
