Ariene is a one-off character from the episode "Hi Ho Silver.Away!" who lives in Kasado City on Silver Rock Isle. She's basically the local expert on Silver Wings—knowledgeable enough to spot a counterfeit immediately when a shady salesman tries to pass one off to Ash and the group. Impressed by their interest, she brings them to meet her friend Jenaro, who actually crafts the things.
When they show up at his place, they find Jenaro passed out cold with his Sandslash sprawled on the floor. Ariene has no idea what's going on, but it turns out he'd been planning something the whole time.
The next day, Team Rocket makes their move and tries to swipe every Silver Wing on the island. Ariene gets confused watching Jenaro act sketchy about retrieving whatever Team Rocket had taken from him—she doesn't realize he's desperately trying to get back a specific wing he'd just finished. Turns out Jenaro's had feelings for her this whole time and wanted to propose. Once he recovers the new Silver Wing he'd made, he gives it to her as a replacement for her beat-up old one. She says yes to the proposal, and he's clearly relieved it worked out.
