Hanako
A cheerful, upbeat girl who's caught Teru's attention. She's got a really thick Okinawan dialect that Teru struggles to understand—honestly, it's pretty much impenetrable to him most of the time. She speaks in the classic 70s Okinawan style, which only makes the communication gap wider. But her bright personality kind of makes up for it.
