Frill is an artificial human created by Acca and Ura-Acca, designed with the traits they wanted in a daughter. She's unusually clever for her apparent age of fourteen—intelligent enough to stand out even among her creators—and was given a cheerful disposition and a solid sense of humor. But Acca and Ura-Acca deliberately built her with flaws too: she can feel and express negative emotions and selfishness, which keeps her from being a perfect creation.
Around her creators, Frill is playful and treats the three of them as family.
