He's best known for his cold, manipulative approach to problems and his complete lack of regard for anyone around him—whether they're his own subordinates or his enemies. He doesn't hesitate to use underhanded tactics and abandons plans the moment they stop working in his favor. In combat, he relies on a solid team: his trusted Umbreon, Beheeyem, and Magneton.
