An associate professor of architecture at National N University who's best known for his brilliant but detached approach to both his work and life. He's managed to win over Moe somehow, though he remains pretty indifferent to her affections. Extremely sharp intellectually, but he's the type to completely tune out the world around him—fashion, social niceties, all of it just doesn't register. He's got two genuine loves: coffee and cigarettes, which he treats as necessities rather than vices. Food-wise, he's got some pretty specific dislikes—watermelon, red beans, and soybean flower are all hard passes for him.
