Security Chief
He runs the Security division and basically has the authority to send Duel Chasers after anyone he decides needs to be taken down. On the surface, he comes across as cold and methodical—the type who makes calculated moves without blinking. He's good at what he does because he doesn't get emotional about it; apprehending criminals is just another puzzle to solve.
The guy's obsessed with chess. Seriously—he literally uses a chessboard to track how a Duel is progressing, which tells you something about how he thinks. Strategy and positioning matter to him more than raw power.
He's not squeamish about bending the rules to get what he wants. Manipulation comes naturally to him, whether that's through intimidation, lying, or straight-up cheating. Whatever works.
He serves as the main antagonist throughout the Synchro Dimension Arc.
