Natsumi Tokugawa makes her debut in Chuunibyou Demo Koi ga Shitai! Ren as a background presence—first spotted in Episode 2 sneaking photos of Sanae Dekomori, then lurking around during a fast food restaurant brawl between Sanae and Shinka Nibutani in Episode 4. Her full reveal comes in Episode 8, where things get weird fast.
Turns out Natsumi's been obsessed with Sanae, so obsessed she created an entire Mori Summer website and dressed up as the character to get close to her. She called Sanae "Sanya" and went beyond typical fan behavior—she was taking constant photos and actually bit her ears. The infatuation was intense enough that when Shinka showed up to bail Sanae out, things escalated into an actual confrontation. Sanae figured out the act, defeated Natsumi, and that basically ended it for her. Learning that Shinka had already gotten Sanae's first kiss was apparently the final blow; Natsumi vanishes after that.
