Mamoru Anjou
Mamoru's the older brother of Tokoha Anjou and probably best known as one of the top Vanguard fighters around. He pilots the Kagero Clan and has basically earned the title of "Kagero Clan Leader"—which tells you where his reputation stands in the competitive scene. Fans often recognize him for his mastery of the deck and the way he pushes the clan's potential in high-level play.
