Ouran Nakagawa is a third-year high school student and Kadode's closest friend. She's got long black hair that she typically styles into twintails, and she lives with a brother who's a full-blown NEET.
She and Kadode bond over video games, which is pretty much their thing. But Ouran's the more outgoing of the two—she's constantly going on these wild tangents about enslaving humanity or bringing about civilization's collapse, and she plays up this loud, dramatic persona that makes her seem like the social butterfly type. In reality though, she's pretty guarded. Her real self only comes out around people she actually trusts: her close friends and family. Everyone else gets the theatrical version.
