Charlotte
Charlotte's a first-year student at the IS academy and represents France as a cadet. She initially showed up in Ichika's class as "Charles," supposedly the second male IS pilot—which made her a pretty big deal since male pilots are rare. Turns out she was actually there undercover to spy on Ichika, which definitely wasn't what it seemed at first.
She ends up rooming with Ichika, which adds another layer to the whole spy situation.
Her IS is the Rafale Revive Custom II, a solid machine that reflects her skills as a pilot.
