Izumi's the flashy one in Team Hiragi—a total charmer with good looks that have the girls constantly chasing after him. He's not above borrowing Shuu's motorcycle to take them out either. At first glance he might come off as a delinquent type, but he's actually pretty thoughtful underneath all that. He and Shuu go way back to childhood, which probably explains why he feels comfortable raiding his friend's bike collection.
