Gaston
Gaston fathered Nicolas Brown, though that's pretty much where his parental instincts ended. Unlike his son, he's completely human—no supernatural abilities, nothing unusual about him at all.
He got involved with a Twilight sex worker, and when Nicolas was born, Gaston killed her. Worick Arcangelo apparently paid him off to disappear, and that's exactly what he did, leaving Nicolas behind. His last words to the kid were harsh: "don't try to act human, monster"—pretty much summing up his complete lack of care for his own son.
