Alicia
Role: The villainess—and she's committed to the bit. After being reborn in this role, she's actually leaned into it, especially once the king brought her on to deliberately antagonize Liz and shake her out of her bubble. What started as a job got way more serious when Alicia realized Liz's fanbase was genuinely toxic, attacking anyone who didn't worship her unconditionally. So yeah, playing the villain suddenly felt necessary.
Despite the whole "villain" thing, Alicia's got a surprisingly big heart. She took in a kid from one of those villages where society just dumps people, making her a retainer. She's even donated an eye to an elderly person who showed her genuine kindness. It's the kind of thing that complicates her reputation—hard to stay purely villainous when you're doing stuff like that.
