Yoriko Kusumoto is the protagonist of the series opening. She attends an all-girls high school where she shares a class with Yuzuki Kanako, someone she's admired from a distance. The two eventually become friends, and Kanako later tells Yoriko something wild—that Yoriko is actually her reincarnation.
