Kabuto's a bit of a local ladies' man who spends most of his time flirting with anyone attractive. He's gotten caught more than once—and when he has, he's gone full dramatic, dropping to his knees with sob stories about never feeling loved or losing both his parents. Though that part about his parents is apparently true, he tends to laugh it off as a joke and slip away before anyone can call him out.
One of his more useful traits is his eyesight, which is genuinely exceptional. He can spot his uncle's cabin in the mountains from the roof of a building all the way across the city. When he heads to Psyren looking to make it big, he's one of the few new recruits on the second trip who actually pays attention to Amamiya's instructions—though it's pretty clear he's only listening because he's into her.
Where things get interesting is his PSI ability. Dholaki identifies it as precognition, which Kabuto uses to sense danger before it hits. He calls it "Menace," and it's rooted in his ability to read what he describes as the "threat of death." It's a high-level technique that requires both serious Trance strength and a strong sense (a type of Rise). The catch is that Kabuto skipped out on most of his Rise training, so while his precognition works fine, his body can't always keep up with what his mind sees coming.
