Usami, the rabbit mascot best known as "Magical Girl Miracle ★ Usami," shows up in Super Dangan Ronpa 2: Farewell Despair Academy as the teacher for Hinata's class at Hope's Peak Academy. She's genuinely kind and cares about her students—she pushes them to bond with each other and hates seeing them fight. She's also weirdly strict about environmental stuff, constantly getting on their case about littering on the island.
Her catchphrase is "love, love," which pretty much sums up her whole deal.
The thing is, she doesn't really have her act together. Monokuma basically adopted her as his younger sister and renamed her Monomi without asking, and she spends most of the game getting roasted and pushed around by him. She's kind of his punching bag, honestly.
She makes a brief appearance at the end of the Danganronpa anime adaptation, just showing up to say "I want to meet you all, too!"—which fans recognized pretty obviously as a teaser for what was coming next.
