A second-year student and vice president of First High School's student council. He's in Course 1—the "Blooms"—and pretty much embodies every stereotype of an arrogant elite. He looks down on Course 2 students with obvious contempt and isn't shy about it, regularly throwing insults their way. His pride runs deep enough that even after losing to Tatsuya in a formal duel, he refuses to acknowledge the loss.
He eventually takes over as leader of the Club Activities Group, succeeding Juumonji.
