Kotohime Fuma is a member of the Fūma clan who threw in with Orochimaru during a rough period for her people, joining several other clan members—Arashi, Jigumo, Kagero, and Kamikiri—who made the same choice. While working under Orochimaru, she picked up koto playing from him and developed a fighting style that lets her extend her hair as a weapon against opponents.
She's probably best known for the time she seduced Jiraiya by posing as Orochimaru's mistress and dragging him into a trap designed to crush them both under a collapsing ceiling. Jiraiya managed to escape the setup, though, and Kotohime eventually left that life behind. She now lives with Hanzaki and Sasame Fuma.
