Ragna is BlazBlue's main protagonist, though most people just call him the Grim Reaper. He's become the NOL's most wanted criminal—and that's putting it mildly. After tearing through multiple NOL branches and killing two Saya replicas, he's racked up the largest bounty in the organization's history.
What makes him such a target isn't just his criminal record, though. He carries the Azure Grimoire, an insanely powerful Armagus that half the people after him are probably more interested in than the bounty itself. His real drive, though, is destroying the Library entirely, though exactly why remains unclear. Best guess? It has something to do with those Saya replicas he's been taking out, but he's kept his cards close on that front.
