Secco is a minor antagonist from Part V: Vento Aureo who pairs up with Cioccolata to hunt down Bucciarati's group on the boss's orders.
Not much is known about Secco's background—even the boss himself couldn't dig up solid information on him. He apparently started out as one of Cioccolata's patients, but the two share a twisted mindset centered on inflicting suffering. Secco basically acts like Cioccolata's pet, following his lead without question. Cioccolata uses him to film people's dying expressions while he tortures them with his Green Day stand, and he'll reward Secco's obedience by rubbing his head and giving him sugar cubes.
