Kitts is best known for being completely paranoid—the kind of paranoia that basically destroys any chance he has at making rational decisions. He'll jump to conclusions and act without thinking things through, which is pretty ironic given his high rank.
Despite looking intimidating physically, he's actually pretty weak-willed and not particularly bright. His imposing build doesn't match his personality at all, honestly. His paranoia tends to override everything else, making him someone who reacts first and thinks later—if he thinks at all.
