Zero is a young Blader who got hooked on the sport after watching Ginga's legendary final battle seven years back. Ever since then, he's been determined to follow in Ginga's footsteps and become a great Blader himself—specifically one who embraces the way of the Samurai.
His Beyblade, Samurai Ifraid, came straight from Ginga, who challenged him to surpass himself. It's a gift that clearly means a lot to him, serving as both his tool and his connection to his idol. Still pretty new to the modern Bey stadium system, Zero is getting trained by Benkei, who's traded in his Blading days for a more peaceful life running a fast food restaurant. Despite the career change, Benkei's clearly still got the knowledge to pass on.
