But there's a dark side that contradicts all that composure: he's got a genuinely sadistic streak that he keeps carefully hidden beneath that calm exterior.
Personality
Over his impossibly long life, he's developed this lazy, almost zen demeanor. He's not rushing around or getting worked up about anything. That said, fans often note the disconnect between his serene surface and the violence he's capable of inflicting when he feels like it. It's part of what makes him unsettling—he doesn't act out of passion or rage. He's too controlled for that.
