Berserker's True Name is Penthesilea, Queen of the Amazons from Greek mythology. She's the daughter of Ares and sister to Hippolyta—whose famous sash and life were taken by Heracles—as well as another sister who was abducted and married off to Theseus, with several other siblings besides.
During the Trojan War, after Hector fell, Penthesilea led the Amazon forces to aid Troy against the Greeks. She eventually found herself facing Achilles in single combat, and the outcome was devastating. He killed her with his spear, Diatrekhōn Astēr Lonkhē, in what became the defining humiliation of her life.
The encounter left a mark on Achilles too. The regret he felt after striking her down made him reluctant to fight female opponents afterward.
If summoned as a Servant, scholars believe she'd likely manifest as the adult version of herself from the Trojan War era (roughly 5-10 years later in human aging), and could potentially take on the Lancer, Archer, or even Rider classes depending on the circumstances.
