Akoya Seishu, known as "The Executioner," is a police inspector and captain of the 44th Riot Squad who operates as a secret vigilante, carrying out justice on his own brutal terms. He's best known for his ruthless approach to law enforcement and his role as a Kengan fighter, representing Wakasa Life Insurance during the Kengan Annihilation Tournament.
During the Kengan vs Purgatory tournament, Akoya was selected as one of the 13 fighters for the Kengan side. His match against Nicolas Le Banner ended in a draw when Rolón Donaire stopped the fight. The result left him questioning his strength and whether he was truly capable of enforcing the kind of justice he'd dedicated himself to.
After the tournament, Akoya joined forces with Kiryu Setsuna and Gaoh Ryuki to eliminate the Worms.
