Iinuma starts out as a bully who targets Rokudou, but that changes pretty quickly. By chapter 4, he's already developed respect for him—Rokudou's willingness to stand up for himself and his friends catches his attention. From there, their relationship shifts dramatically. Iinuma eventually becomes genuinely close with Rokudou and ends up part of his friend group.
