Lulu is a resident of Wobbuffet Village who showed up in "Wobbu-Palooza!" She's got that classic village trait—she bears a noticeable resemblance to her own Wobbuffet.
She's best known for stopping a group of festival crashers who'd tried to wreck the Wobbuffet Festival the year before. When Team Rocket rolled into town, Lulu got genuinely excited seeing that Jessie had a Wobbuffet too, and she decked it out with a yellow ribbon as a welcoming touch. After Team Rocket got wrongly accused of attacking a Wobbuffet, Lulu was quick to jump to their defense and try clearing their names. Unfortunately for her, she ended up disillusioned once she saw their real personalities in action as they made their escape alongside the actual troublemakers.
