Sailor Tin Nyanko is the fourth Sailor Animamate to show up. Her civilian identity is Nyanko Suzu—a name that blends her Senshi name with "suzu," which means both "tin" and "bell" in Japanese. (The English manga calls her Kitty Bell instead.) "Nyanko" itself is just Japanese cat-speak, basically the equivalent of "meow."
In the manga, she arrives in Act 45 as a transfer student from Libya, but her real origin is the planet Mau. Like the other Animamates, she hunts down people from her home world—in her case, Luna and Artemis. Diana tries to defend them, but Tin Nyanko's Galactica Puppet attack forces all three into humanoid form, then destroys the crescent marks on their foreheads and leaves them as badly wounded ordinary cats. Sailor Star Fighter intervenes and Tin Nyanko gets away, but Galaxia kills her anyway. Turns out she's the one responsible for killing Sailor Mau, the Senshi of her own planet. The Materials Collection notes she can manipulate scents and supposedly has nine lives.
The anime version (Episode 188) shows her as a rival to Lead Crow and Aluminum Siren, and she's basically responsible for both of their deaths. She also figures out Sailor Moon's real identity in the process. When they fight, Sailor Moon tries to heal her and accidentally knocks off one of her bracelets. That's when things get complicated—her true self starts breaking through, and she becomes conflicted between following orders and rebelling against Galaxia. Even her uniform changes color halfway to white as a symbol of that inner conflict. In Episode 195, Galaxia simply removes the other bracelet and that's that. When Tin Nyanko finally dies, she leaves behind a small golden bell from her outfit.
