Milcery is a small, cream-colored Pokémon with a droplet-shaped body and a distinctive crown of six cream protrusions that constantly shed tiny droplets. It's got two stubby arms and completely white eyes, giving it an oddly cute appearance. The whole thing basically looks like a splash of milk that's somehow come to life.
According to Pokédex lore, Milcery forms from sweet-smelling particles in the air, which is part of why there's a long-standing rumor that any patisserie visited by one of these creatures is blessed with good fortune and guaranteed success. Whether that's actually true or just wishful thinking from bakery owners is anyone's guess.
