Tadaomi Hamada was the Third Division Vice-Captain of Tokyo Manji Gang and ran with Tetta Kisaki and Choji as part of his inner circle.
Physically, Hamada's got a tall, muscular build, short black hair, and a distinctive scar across his nose. He typically wore the standard Toman uniform like most members.
Personality-wise, Hamada was basically Kisaki's right hand—completely loyal and willing to follow his lead. But that loyalty didn't extend to the rest of Toman. He came across as pretty arrogant around other members and would deliberately stir up trouble whenever he and Kisaki were around, clearly looking down on guys who weren't in their circle.
