Baby is a parasitic alien supervillain and the main antagonist of Dragon Ball GT, created by Akira Toriyama. He's the longest-running villain in the entire show.
His core motivation is pretty straightforward at first—revive the Tuffle race and wipe out the Saiyans. What makes him effective, though, is how cunning he actually is. He manages to outmaneuver the Z Fighters, possesses Vegeta, and even succeeds in restoring the Tuffles' home planet. That said, there's a major flaw in his character: he's absurdly childish and immature. He can't resist taunting opponents, and if you needle him enough, he'll completely lose it in a rage.
There's an amusing contradiction to him too. Despite looking down on Saiyans as a barbaric race, he clearly gets off on fighting. Fans often note this hypocrisy as one of his more interesting character traits—he's not just some cold-blooded strategist, but someone who actually enjoys the chaos of battle just as much as the enemies he despises.
