Ice Empress is a spirit beast who's been around for 399,900 years and counts as one of the Extreme North's three Arctic kings. She's got the rare Ultimate Ice element, which is pretty much her whole thing—not many beasts can claim that. She ranks 7th among the continent's top 10 Great Beasts overall, though she's actually the second strongest of the Arctic kings specifically. So she's powerful, but not quite at the very top of the food chain.
