Billy leads Under and used to be the third member of the Round Table. He's a Negator who goes by the alias Unbelievable, which pretty much sums up his whole vibe—he's got this unbothered, almost detached attitude about danger that makes you wonder if he even realizes when he's in it. Despite the carefree exterior, he knows his way around firearms and is pretty open about his weakness for sweets.
