Karin Shoutsuki is a former successful idol (within a unit called Diagonal) who left the industry without an explanation and suddenly reappeared a few months later as a voice actress under the same manager as Suzune, much to the latter's confusion and delight.
Although many thought that she had been hired only for her good looks and popularity, she quickly proves to be a capable actress.
