Fa Yun
Governor of Wisdom City and Fa Hua's adoptive father. He took Fa Hua in as an orphan and raised him, essentially serving as his godfather. When the Oracle gave the word, Fa Yun tasked Fa Hua with retrieving the Peerless Bead—a mission that set much of the story in motion.
