May and her twin sister Aleah had a rough start in life. After their parents died, their own relatives imprisoned them—a pretty dark turn of events. They didn't stay trapped for long, though. Following the climactic events of Part 1, both sisters ended up at the Church's orphanage, where things finally improved. Eventually, they were adopted by Rae and Claire, giving them the stable home they desperately needed. May makes her proper appearance once Part 2 kicks off.
