Lucifer is Hell's Emperor and a Fallen Angel who once held an incredibly high position—he was Chief of the Seraphim and stood closer to God than almost anyone else. That all changed when his twin brother Michael defeated him in what sounds like a pretty definitive fight.
For a long time, nobody really knew what Lucifer actually looked like because his massive six wings pretty much covered everything. He apparently goes for a look with notably high-heeled shoes, which is a detail fans don't let slide.
One interesting thing people have noticed: he bears a striking resemblance to his son Camio.
