Bronya's childhood was defined by tragedy and exploitation. Born in Siberia around 2000, she lost her parents in the 2nd Honkai Eruption and was conscripted into armed service while still a kid—becoming disturbingly effective at it. In 2012, she was captured by Coclia during what was supposed to be an assassination mission and placed in what seemed like a safe haven: Cocolia's orphanage. The reality was far darker. Cocolia was connected to Anti-Entropy and using the orphans as test subjects. Bronya underwent these experiments, which left her emotionally damaged and physically crippled, destroying much of her ability to feel and leaving her legs unusable.
But Bronya emerged from that nightmare with something unexpected: a robotic companion called Project Bunny 19C bonded to her body. The symbiont became essential to her survival and mobility. Later, after venturing into the Sea of Quanta, Bronya awakened as the Herrscher of Reason, gaining god-like powers that would fundamentally change what she was capable of.
