An elderly shopkeeper who runs Centipede Shoes. When Jotaro and Koichi stop by his store looking for clues about Yoshikage Kira's whereabouts, they ask whether he's noticed any suspicious clothing with buttons that match the one Kira lost during his fight with Shigechi. He's pretty much a background character who exists to help move the investigation forward, though fans don't remember much else about him beyond this brief encounter.
