Black Hook was a legendary pirate operating out of Machina, famous for taking down multiple Star Guardians and building a fearsome reputation across the sector. He rolled with Buffalo Crush, who served as a member of his crew—the two had a solid friendship that lasted through their pirating days.
When things went south, Black Hook made it to Earth in an escape pod, hauling the Star Crown treasure with him. The prize didn't stay in his hands for long, though. Heavy Iron tracked him down and relieved him of the loot, a loss that apparently stung enough to be worth remembering.
